Fulfillment Underway!

Hi everyone,
In speaking with our fulfillment company this morning, about 50% of all orders now have tracking IDs, and they continue to make progress!
Reminder on a few things:
****Remember, the address you have your order being sent to is the one you entered into your BackerKit survey, NOT your Kickstarter account. Your address is also your responsibility. If your address is incorrect and your package is lost then a replacement package will require the full amount to be paid again, including shipping. Additionally, it is your responsibility to use a secure address where you can safely receive your order. If your package is stolen, it is your responsibility to follow up with law enforcement and the postal service. A replacement package for a stolen order will also require the full amount to be paid again, including shipping. ****
When an order is about to be shipped, backers will receive a postage tracking number sent via an email from BackerKit to the email addresses associated with their BackerKit surveys. This could go to your spam folder, but if you want to be certain that you have or have not gotten one, go to the "Order Confirmation" page of your BackerKit survey and if you have a tracking ID, you will see it listed like in the picture example below:
If you have not received a tracking ID by 11/26/23, please DM us so that we can look into the status of your order.
Note that BackerKit says that it could be 2 days for your tracking ID to update once you receive it, but we've seen this take longer (up to 2 weeks on US orders, and 3 weeks on International orders) and it is something that is totally out of our control. If your order does not update after those mentioned times, please DM us and we'll help.
Finally, should your order arrive with damaged or missing items, please DM us and we'll help.

With the books now at our fulfillment warehouse, this is an official last call for you to make a change to your shipping address. PLEASE HAVE THIS DONE BY THIS FRIDAY (10/27/23).
To do this, first, we suggest using the link you received when BackerKit surveys initially went out. If that doesn't work, you can click the link below to enter the email address associated with your survey and BackerKit will send you a new one:

If after that you're still having no luck, DM us by clicking here so we can assist!
Our fulfillment team has a project or two ahead in the queue, so we expect fulfillment to get underway the week of 11/06/23!
